Leopold and Maurice's House

Two apartments in one newly renovated building, ideal for enjoying together but with all the space, comfort and autonomy needed by a large family or a group of friends. Less than 5 minutes by car from La Chapelle-en-Vercors, you are close to all the attractions of Vercors: nature, outdoor activities (hiking, mountain biking, canyoning, climbing...), the history of the Resistance, atypical villages such as Pont en Royans. The space In Léopold and Maurice's house, you will find 6 bedrooms upstairs: 4 with double beds and 2 with bunk beds, single beds or triple bed. The 3 bathrooms with shower and 3 toilets are at your disposal to avoid the queue at the time of the toilet! On the Mauritius side, a playroom is accessible to children of all ages to have fun with board games, coloring, puzzles etc... On the Léopold side, you can warm up by the stove while chatting or toasting depending on the time of day! We have thought of everything to experience friendly and warm moments together (spacious living room, "extendable" dining area, board games, raclette machine...). Each side remains independent and autonomous with kitchen, living room, dining area, bathroom, toilet and dedicated access. The connection between the two accommodations is through the entrance hall. The large garden at the back of the house offers you a petanque court, a barbecue, a trampoline and children's games to enjoy the beautiful sunny days. Guest access The house has 2 apartments. Leopold side on the left and Maurice side on the right. The lockboxes are under the front porch of the house once you pass the gate. When you have taken possession of the premises, you can occupy the whole house. Other things to note Linens (sheets and towels) are not provided as standard, but we can make them available if you wish (€15/bed for the entire stay).
