Huis is a heritage property in the eclectic village of McGregor situated deep in heart of the Cape Winelands. At Huis there are two cottages to choose from, both leading onto a central courtyard and complete with space to relax, a reading nook and braai facilities. See below for details for The Barn. The space The Barn (sleeps 2): The Barn is country bedsit cottage ideal for a romantic getaway for two. This space has use of the central courtyard and is filled with original period features. Originally the old barn of Almond Cottage Farm, this space has been lovingly converted into a spacious bedsit complete with dining area/work space, kitchen and bathroom (shower over bath). Bathroom has a solar geyser with an electric option in winter. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, table top oven and appliances. Other facilities include a central courtyard with braai and reading nook, off-street parking and WIFI. Linen and towels provided, books & games available on request.
