The space The space comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with 3 thoughtfully designed rooms including a luxurious master king suite with a walk-in shower, a deep tub, his and hers sinks with a very large beauty counter. The master room also has a small work space for a laptop or computer. The second bedroom is a very comfortable queen bedroom The third bedroom is a fun queen-over-queen bunk TV room. The living area is a open concept with a 72 inch ROKU TV with a large sectional perfect for comfort and winding down. The kitchen is a renters dream with everything you need to cook up a feast, have a pool side BBQ or if you're simply just ordering out. Your private backyard oasis opens up to a beautiful hot tub that cascades into the large sparling pool. The cost of heating the pool at this property is not included in nightly rates and is not available at this time but the pool can be used for a refreshing soak or swim. Our hot tub heating is included with your stay and can be controlled on a guest panel in the home with granted permission. Please message us if you have any questions or concerns. We have a new updated pool/spa system and if you touch any buttons out by the pool equipment you will automatically be locked out of any access to either the pool or spa controls. It is $100 service fee to get reset. Please NO GLASSWARE outdoors! We have provided heavy duty plastic ware for outdoor dining and drinking. Please return all pool toys back to the pool box before checkout. *Swimming is at your own risk, and no lifeguard is on duty. By booking this property, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your safety. *Pools are cleaned and serviced weekly, usually Wednesdays. *Trash day is Tuesday mornings. Please take out trash to the road if your stay falls on this day. *No electric car charging.
