The property also has an outdoor shower and bathroom, a Balinese bed, ping-pong table, darts, and a garage. All this with ocean views and just 10 minutes from downtown Valencia and the airport. Other things to note There is Air Conditioning via splits in: -the living/kitchen area -Entrance - 2 of the bedrooms - 2 bedrooms have one split that they share via a small closed hallway. - 2 bedrooms without AC, and they have ceiling fans but are also cooler naturally (one in the basement). Parties and events of any kind are strictly prohibited. This home is intended for peaceful and respectful stays. Speakers are only allowed indoors and always at moderate volume. Outdoor music is not permitted. Out of respect for the neighborhood, no noise is allowed in outdoor areas after 11:00 PM. Any activities that may damage furniture, installations, or the property in general are strictly forbidden. Only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors or additional people without prior authorization. Pool and garden maintenance staff will periodically access the property to ensure proper care of the facilities.
