The space This listing is for all four of the guesthouses on our property that can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests. All guesthouses are modern, each featuring multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, their own living room, private kitchen and dining areas, Smart TVs (Netflix, HBO Go, & Youtube included), and all rooms have air-conditioning. Guest access Guests will have complete privacy and access to their own guesthouse, as well as shared access to all amenities on the property including the garden pool on the property as well as the private pond with an access dock. Bicycles are available free of charge, as well as canoe, kayak, and paddle board. Other things to note We are located 15-20km (25-30 minutes by car) from city center & 20 minutes from the airport. To help you explore the surroundings at your own pace, we provide complimentary bicycles. For a journey into Chiang Mai Old City, Grab rides typically cost between 150-250 THB each way. For those who are more adventurous, we also offer moped rentals for 400 THB per day (3-day minimum | one week advanced notice for reservation required).
