Wisteria Cottage is a perfect rural getaway in the picturesque surroundings of the Dartmoor countryside. Located in the small village of Scorriton near Buckfastleigh it’s ideal for walks, visiting the coast or beautiful nearby towns of Ashburton (15 minute drive) and Totnes (20 minute drive). Scorriton is located on the Two Moors Way and there are stunning walks from your front door. The kitchen is well equipped to refuel after a day out or you are a two minute walk from the lovely local pub. The space Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, hob, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, fridge and a range of pans and crockery. Living Room 2 seater sofa, armchair, smart TV with internet access. Shower Room Electric shower, toilet, basin, mirror and heated towel rail. Bedroom Super king sized bed (can be split in to two single beds upon request), wardrobe, dressing table, mirror, iron and ironing board. The bedroom is downstairs on the same level as the shower room. Other things to note Parking You have a dedicated gated parking space at the end of the lane. Access Directly in front of the cottage is untarmaced is slightly uneven under foot. You can drop off/pick up directly to your front door though the lane is narrow.
