The space The space has 3 bedrooms, 1 sleeper sofa, 1 full bathroom, an attached garage, river access across the street, a driveway with onsite parking, out door fire pit and laundry room. There are a few steps, the property is on 1 floor. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and 2 car attached garage. There are 2 supplies closets that are locked. Basement is empty and unfinished. There is a comode in the basement. Other things to note Please use caution when pulling on to road. Never back out of driveway as road is a State Route. Please use caution when pulling into driveway and give traffic behind plenty of warning of your turning.
