Beautifully designed home, set on a 2.5 acre block, loads of parking, and a large outdoor deck and entertaining area, enjoy a drink while you overlook the private vineyard. Only 2kms to the centre of town, 4km to the Temora Aviation Musuem and 5.5km to Lake Centenary, this makes a great base for exploring. The space Ideally we are looking to welcome extended stays in our guesthouse. Whether it's a week, 4 weeks or 3 months, the team will be more than comfortable in their home away from home. The main living, dining and kitchen area form the hub of the home with air conditioning and fans throughout. With plenty of space for entertaining while relaxing in front of the TV, and be warmed by the wood fireplace in the colder months. There is a separate toliet and large laundry with front load washing machine and basic dryer for that added convenience. The master bedroom retreat, is part of the eastern wing and a king bed, walk-through wardrobe and large ensuite with walk-in shower. The western wing, contains 4 bedrooms, 1 Queen, 2 Doubles and 1 King Single, all sharing a bathroom with walk-in shower. This space has a separate lounge area for that extra quiet time or children's rumpus room. Automatic discounting for weekly or monthly stays have automatically been applied based upon your search dates. NOTE: Pricing advertised is based upon all 5 bedrooms being used. If the additional bedrooms are not required, for extended stays, we are open to discuss a negotiated price (just submit your enquiry and we will discuss this during your request period before confirming final pricing) Guest access You have the option to use the entire home or just the eastern wing.
