The Little Tree House

Our enchanting cabin is elevated, amongst the trees, and is more than just a stay - it's an experience. It is fully self contained, with everything you need for a coastal getaway, and a private deck and BBQ for outdoor living. Breakfast options are provided and Tathra is only 10 mins away for the cafe culture. The creative and beautiful locale of Tanja is adjacent to Mimosa Rocks NP and so many pristine beaches. The Little Tree House is private and independent of the host's home. The space The Little Tree House is newly renovated and is just gorgeous. We are close to fabulous surf beaches, pristine inlets, National Parks and coastal villages. The light filled kitchen has a stunning red gum bench where you can sit, eat, sip and look out through the trees. There is an induction cooktop, full size fridge and everything you need to make meals, including a Weber BBQ on the deck. The bedroom/living area is filled with light and nature is your vista. Lovely bamboo flooring, relaxing chairs, a very comfy queen bed, hanging space and drawers, unlimited wifi, books, games and peace. The bathroom is very spacious, with a walk in shower and a separate composting toilet. The guests also have use of the outside area with the fire drum and picnic table to enjoy the huge night skies. NB: We offer a reduced price ($20) for guests who choose to bring their own bed linens (bottom and top sheet and 4 pillow cases) as it helps us save a lot of water. All photos were taken in the local area and are a mere drop in the glorious ocean of where we live. Guest access Guests have private use of the whole Little Tree House and flat area adjacent. The hosts live in the main house on the property but have gone to great lengths to ensure privacy for both parties. They will leave you to yourselves, but are available if you have questions or needs. There are steps and a grass slope to be navigated, so this is not a good property for mobility challenged folk. The parking is as close to the cabin as we can, then it is probably a 10-20m walk.
