Welcome to Bluebird Run, a cozy all-weather retreat just 6 mins from Holiday Valley and 8 mins from downtown Ellicottville. Tucked off the beaten path, offering peace, privacy, and a spacious mudroom to dry and store gear. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, a warm, family-friendly setup, and inviting spaces to unwind. Whether you're here for skiing, hiking, mountain biking, or simply relaxing, our spot has everything you need! Come for the fun, stay for the comfort at Bluebird Run. The space Enjoy year-round comfort with both heating and air conditioning throughout the home. The house can sleep up to 10 adults, though we find it’s most comfortable for groups of 6–8 adults or families with children. Please note there is only 1 bathroom in the home. Outside, guests can relax on the patio featuring a grill and outdoor seating for 6 adults. The main entrance to the home has 3 stairs down from the parking area and 6 stairs up into the house from the mudroom. The home has the following sleeping options: 1 Queen bed downstairs 1 Double pull out sofa bed downstairs 1 Queen bed upstairs 4 twin beds upstairs; 1 is an upper bunk with low ceiling clearance; 1 additional railing is available for lower twins (great for little kids) 1 twin trundle upstairs Guest access You'll have access to the full home. Other things to note There is a barn on site if you have larger gear that needs to be stored, please discuss with us if you would like additional use of the barn space. No fireworks allowed at any time. No food or drink allowed upstairs.
