The space This home is one side of a side-by-side duplex. Master Bedroom (1): Second Level. Queen memory foam mattress; walk-in closet for storage. Attached to full bathroom. Bedroom 2: Queen memory foam mattress; closet for storage. Bedroom 3: Queen memory foam mattress; closet for storage. All Smart TVs in the living area and bedrooms are set up in guest mode so you can login to your preferred streaming services. Full bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Makeup towelettes are available along with a hair dryer. Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen! The dining area has seating for 6 people. A starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap and toilet paper are provided! Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! A 12 cup coffee maker and Keurig are available. We provide a starter set of ground coffee, k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia! Laundry is available on the main level. For your convenience, both laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked! An iron and ironing board are also available. $250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, garage and exterior space. Guests do not have access to any locked closets. Other things to note The grill is located in the backyard and grill utensils are located in the kitchen. An extra propane tank is located in the garage. Please let us know if you empty one of the tanks so we can replace the backup after checkout. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning. Age Requirement: The primary guest booking the reservation must be 25 years or older. Children and other guests are welcome when accompanied by the eligible booking guest.
