The first thing you admire as soon as you arrive in the area, is the wonderful view of the bay of Argostoli. The house is located on a hillside only 150 meters from the sea, overlooking the blue crystal waters and the opposite coasts of Lixouri and Argostoli. The location is really strategic. It is a geographically hub for every excursion to the beaches and sights of the island. It is located in the center of the island so the visitor travels equal distances to all his destinations. Lixouri: 23 km / Sami 28 km / Myrtos: 22 km / Fiskardo: 42 km / Skala: 42 km The house and location ensure that your stay will be away from traffic and crowds. But at the same time you are close to Argostoli and the secular life of the island if you prefer. You also have easy and direct access to the beaches of the village. 3 km by car from the rocky bay of Lmnoni and 3 minutes drive to the most organized beach of the village, Lygia or 10 minutes walk. Farsa and especially the old village constitute an outdoor historical museum, as it is one of the most well-preserved old settlements of the island. The walk to the old settlement of Farsa lasts two to three hours and you will get a glimpse into the old pre-earthquake Kefalonia. The village's long seafaring tradition is noteworthy. THE HOUSE This is a 50 sq. m. detached house with a courtyard and direct access to the paved courtyard/garage. The courtyard measures 100 sq. m (1,076 sq. ft.) and overlooks Lixouri and Kouroklata. The house features an open-plan living room with a kitchen, 1 bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. In the living room, to the right and left, there are sofa beds for at least 2 more people. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The house is ideal for a family or for groups of young people.
