The home features an 8x4.5 mt infinity pool overlooking the hills, with all the amenities for outdoor & indoor cooking, entertainment and pure pleasure. The space The home is tastefully decorated with fine details to make your stay enjoyable. The top floor has a large open Kitchen, and Living room which overlook the hills & vineyards along with a view of a lighted infinity pool in the evenings. It has a fireplace for those cool nights and two air conditioning units for those hot days. The living room and kitchen have large tinted window doors that generously open up to a large patio for those nights you want to enjoy, the stars, the moon, or just a nice glass of wine with an appertivo for those romantic evenings. Adjacent to the living area is a full bathroom for your convenience. The entire home is equipped with heated flooring. The bottom floor has 2 large size bedrooms with its own bathroom, and individual closets. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit and heated floors, along with electric shades to provide a restful sleep. You will find a laundry area equipped with both a washer and dryer. As you walk out your bedrooms, there is a 8x4.5 mt infinity pool, surround with outdoor patio furniture for your comfort. There is also a barbecue and table for outdoor dining, and a fully equipped kitchen below for easy access for food preparation. This home has a security system, and is completely gated with parking for 2 cars. You will have a remote control to access the property. This home is modern yet set in the country side in an unesco area, giving you the best of old world and new world feel. You are in the hills of the country. A breathing, serene and relaxing environment for beginning and ending your day. There are 2 grocery stores within 1-2 km. The Turin Airport is 1hr 5 mins (103.8 km), and Milano Airport is 1hr 31 mins from here. Asti (train station) is 18 mins (13.5km), while Alba is 25 mins (28km). Wine country is all around you, but if you want to go to Barolo, you are about 30 mins away. They area is great for morning or late evening walks and is sure to stimulate your visual sensory. Guest access You will have the home, pool and private parking during your stay. You will have a remote control to allow you access onto the property. Other things to note The home has a water purification system through out the house. There are smoke alarms systems and fire extinguishers, along with a security system for your safety. This is an adult only home, so children are not allowed and pets are not allowed. You will be asked to provide a copy of your passports or proper identification on arrival plus 1 euro per person up to 5 nights that go directly to the commune of Montegrosso D' Asti.
