A penalty fee will be charged for any traces of smoke or cigarette odor. 4. No loud noise after 10 PM. Please respect our neighbors and building policies. 5. Pool access is strictly for registered guests only. Visitors are not allowed to use the amenities. 6. Do not rearrange furniture or appliances. 7. Loss of keys or access cards will incur a replacement fee. 8. No cooking of strong-smelling food (e.g., dried fish, grilled items) inside the unit. 9. Trash must be properly placed in the trashcan before checkout. 10. Any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest. 11. Un permitted extension from the check out time is charged for ₱1000 per hour
