The space When you enter our apartment, you will immediately enter the cozy living and dining area in the hallway after you have been able to put down and hang up your belongings. The living area invites you to relax with the cozy couch, which can be folded into another bed if needed. Adjacent is a fully equipped kitchen where you will find everything you need for cooking. The kitchen has a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, stove and oven. Of course, there are also plenty of dishes, cutlery and high-quality cooking utensils. The dining table can accommodate 4 people and a high chair. Our apartment has a balcony where you can relax. Start your day with a delicious espresso coffee or a cup of tea. In the evening, entertainment is provided in your apartment, because we have a 55-inch (1.4 m) 4K LED smart TV incl. MAGENTA TV, so you have enough choice for your evening TV program. When work calls, you can sit at the desk, where there are enough connections for your laptop, mobile phone and other devices. We also have high-speed Wi-Fi, so you can do your work optimally. When you enter the bedroom, look forward to a modern, designed sleeping area with a 180 x 200 king size bed with plenty of pillows that you will find. Of course, there are also corresponding connection options for your mobile phone right by the bed. The modern bathroom has a glass shower, towel heater and a sink with illuminated mirror. Here, too, there is everything you could want from your home: hairdryer, towels, shower gel and shampoo. If you need to do laundry, a washer-dryer is available free of charge, which can wash for you and dry at the same time, including color and white laundry tabs. There is also the possibility to iron your things. The apartment is on the 2nd floor.
