Experience what Mulege has to offer while staying at our house. We are 10 minutes from town and 5 minutes from all the beaches. You can enjoy fishing off the dock on the property and prepare your catch on the beautiful palapa sitting in the middle of the jetty, swim on the refreshing ocean, or relax and take a nice sun tan on the deck . We have an outside bathroom set up with a toilet and a shower for when you're ready to go back in the house or just need a quick rinse off. The property also has a fire ring for a cosey bonfire for those romantic evenings or you can also enjoy a glass of wine on the third-floor pergola where you can see the beautiful stars at night in the clear sky. We have a 28-foot super panga available for you if you're into fishing or would just want to cruise the bay for an extra cost. Other things to note please note that this home is solar powered and is totaly of grid wich will limit you to a/c usage during the hotest months which are agust and september.with that said during these 2 months a/c uits in the upstairs bed rooms will have to be turned on at 9pm and turned of at 9 am the following day to allow the battery bank to get fully charged for the next cycle .you will not be allowed to turn a/c in the downstais area .
