The king/twin beds & bathroom with shower. Extra single bed. Fully self-catering, dining table, gas hob, DSTV, Netflix, fast internet, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric frying pan, fan, electric blankets, air-con. The space We are situated in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood with large trees and wonderful bird life in the garden. There are two private cottages with their own entrances, your own allocated parking space and wi-fi. Close to the private schools of St Andrew's Prep (50m), St Andrew's College and DSG (700m), Rhodes (1km) and the Military base (2km). AppleBee II is recently renovated (August 2022) with a lovely kitchenette, now with gas hob, fridge, microwave, electric frying pan, etc. The renovations have allowed more space in the kitchen/lounge area. Guest access The larger garden and swimming pool are available for the use of guests. There are barbecue facilities and outdoor seating. Other things to note I have two Schnauzers and 1 cat on the property. The cottages are non-smoking. We are pet friendly for a small dog. Pleased to announce we have added a 2nd TV into this cottage, so one in the lounge and one in the bedroom and now besides a full DSTV package, also offer Netflix and 100/100 Fibre Wi-Fi internet.
