If you're looking for a clean space, you're in the right place! ☺️✨ Small apartment with one bedroom on the first floor, special price for long stays, with everything you need to be comfortable: One bedroom, queen size bed (semi-firm), sheets and small living room with sofa bed, kitchen with utensils; wifi, TV (Netflix and Apple TV+ on request) 1 air conditioner only in summer and heating. Up to 4 people can be accommodated for short stays. ⚠️We request guest IDs via Airbnb chat! The space 🏡 The apartment is inside a rustic property of 5 apartments (with some improvements in process). The entrance to the first floor is in the back and through the parking lot on the right; the patio is still rustic and we are gradually improving it. 🍽️🧂☕️ You can use everything you need from the accommodation, extra sheets and towels, basic streaming services (📺 Netflix and Apple TV if you request it) 🚴🏻‍♂️🚶🏻‍♀️🏕️🚶🚗 The area has a suburban atmosphere and has some permanent noise due to the transit of people, nearby shops and nearby we also have the cradle of the IBM company. We recommend that you check the area on the map before booking (Endicott, NY, Broome County town) and if you want a fully residential area 🛑 DO NOT book this space so that you do not affect us with a bad review for this reason. You can also ask us if we have other options with different costs in another area of the city. 🦮🌳 There are nearby places to walk or stroll with your pet: George W. Johnson Park Carousel, Jennie F Snapp Park, and West Endicott Park. 📍⚠️ IMPORTANT: Please take into account the additional hosting rules for long stays. Guest access You will have access to the entire small apartment on the first floor with a porch, which must be accessed through the parking lot on the right side of the property. Other things to note 🙏 We do not charge a cleaning fee to maintain the best price, we only ask that you leave the apartment tidy when you leave (Do not leave dirty dishes, dirty stove, scattered garbage, others); otherwise, we will demand payment of a cleaning fee from US$60.00 onwards. Please note that we do NOT ask you to clean, sweep, mop or vacuum, we take care of the general cleaning after your departure; please just leave the trash in its place, do not leave food scattered, do not stain bed linen, etc. 💲 For long stays, we offer a special discount from 10% to 50% negotiable depending on the number of days. 🪪 As mentioned in the description, after booking you must send via the Airbnb chat, valid ID of all adults who will stay without exceptions ☑️ If you do not send the IDs, you will not receive the information to enter the apartment 🚫🔑. If you don't agree, we recommend canceling immediately for a refund, otherwise the cancellation policy will apply. ⚠️ If you are traveling with pets, please take into account the pet rules and possible additional noise charges. ⚠️ For long stays (more than 28 days), please take into account the additional house rules, about cleaning, guest and pet limits, document verification, among others. ❌Smoking is not allowed inside the spaces.
