If you are looking for a clean space ☺️✨ This is a small apartment with 1 bedroom on the 1st floor, special price for long stays, with everything you need to be comfortable: 1 bedroom, queen size bed (semi-firm), sheets and small living room with sofa bed, kitchen with utensils; wifi, TV (Netflix and Apple TV+ on request) 1 air conditioner only in summer and heating. Up to 4 people can be accommodated for short stays ⚠️We request ID from all guests via Airbnb chat and proof of solvency for long stays The space 🏡 The apartment is inside a rustic property of 5 apartments (with some improvements in the process). The entrance stops on the first floor by the back and by the right parking; patio is still rustic and little by little we are improving it. 🍽️🧂☕️ You can use everything you need from the place, extra sheets and towels, basic streaming services (📺Netflix and Apple TV if requested) 🚴🏻‍♂️🚶🏻‍♀️🏕️🚶🚗 The area is suburban atmosphere and has some permanent noise from the traffic in person, nearby shops and nearby we also have the crib of the IBM company. We recommend that you review the area on the map before booking (Endicott, NY, town of Broome County) and if you want a fully residential area 🛑 DO not book this space so that we are not affected by a bad review for this reason. You can also ask us if we have other options with different costs in another area of the city. 🦮🌳 There are nearby places to walk or walk with your pet: George W. Johnson Park Carousel, Jennie F Snapp Park, and West Endicott Park. ❓⚠️ IMPORTANT: For long stays, read the additional solvency, economic or deposit rules or write to us before confirming the reservation. Guest access You will have access to the entire small apartment on the first floor with a porch, which must be accessed through the parking lot on the right side of the property. Other things to note 🙏 We do not charge a cleaning fee to maintain the best price, we only ask to leave the apartment tidy when leaving (Do not leave dirty dishes, dirty stove, scattered garbage, others); otherwise, we will require the payment of a cleaning fee from US$60.00 onwards. Please note that we DO not ask you to clean, bar, mop or aspire, we take care of the general cleaning after your departure; please just leave the trash in its place, do not leave food spread, do not stain linens, etc. 💲 For long stays we offer special discount from 10% to 50% negotiable depending on the number of days. 🪪 As mentioned in the description, after the reservation you must send by the Airbnb chat, valid ID of all adults who will be staying without exceptions ☑️ If you do not send the IDs, you will not receive the information to enter the apartment 🚫🔑. If you don't agree, we recommend immediately canceling for a refund, otherwise the cancellation policy will apply. ⚠️ If you are traveling with pets, please take into account the pet rules and possible additional noise charges. ⚠️ For long stays (More than 20 days), please take into account the additional house rules, about cleaning, guest and pet limits, verification of financial solvency documents, among others. Smoking is ❌not allowed inside the spaces, if the rule is violated we will make the additional charge or penalty of $100 to $200 for cleaning and deodorization. ✅ It is allowed to do so on the porch or patio where we have ash trays available.
