The unique atmosphere of this atypical house, nestled in the heart of Reuilly. Accommodating 6 adults and 1 child, this house is the perfect choice for families, groups of friends looking for a stay combining comfort and charm. A private courtyard entirely without vis-à-vis, ideal for moments of conviviality in complete tranquility. Each room has been designed to provide a comfortable and memorable experience, with atypical decor touches. The space You will enter through the newly renovated kitchen, equipped with a manger-debout ideal for a coffee thanks to the Dolce Gusto available to you. You will also find everything you need to cook: bowls, cutlery, glasses, microwave, toaster, kettle... The first staircase will take you to the first bedroom, equipped with a double bed (160 cm). It also serves the toilet and bathroom, which includes a bathtub, a changing table and a hair dryer. A second toilet is also accessible. In this first bedroom, a closet door hides access to the second bedroom, which offers a double bed (160 cm) as well as a space dedicated to children with a handmade bed (140 x 90 cm). On the top floor, the third bedroom is also equipped with a double bed (160 cm). A second staircase leads down to the ground floor to access the living/dining room. This warm space has a TV area, a corner sofa and board games, perfect for sharing pleasant moments with family or friends, while enjoying the charm of this atypical house. Outside, a private courtyard awaits you for a relaxing moment. You can enjoy a dinner aperitif, barbecue around a handmade buffet table. This courtyard is accessible both from the kitchen and the living room. Upon arrival, beds will be made and towels will be provided for your stay. The accommodation is in a great location: a few steps away, you will find a bakery where you can buy bread and pastries for breakfast. Other shops are also nearby, such as a tobacconist, beautician, pharmacy, ATM, post office, and media library. Discover Reuilly and its surroundings Reuilly is a charming commune in the Indre department, in the Centre-Val de Loire region, located about 15 km north of Issoudun. It is renowned for its vineyards producing wines of Controlled Designation of Origin (AOC) Reuilly, including white wines based on Sauvignon and reds from Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris. For the summer period of paddleboarding and canoeing are offered on the Arnon (departure at the guinguette 500m from the accommodation) Nearby, be sure to visit remarkable sites like the Palais Jacques-Coeur and the Cathedral of Bourges, less than 30 km away. 90 km (1 hour by car) away is the 4th most beautiful zoo in the world. le Printemps de Bourges is an iconic music festival that takes place every year in April. It brings together emerging and experienced artists in a unique festive and cultural atmosphere, an ideal opportunity to discover Bourges while enjoying concerts and entertainment throughout the city.
