The unique atmosphere of this atypical house, nestled in the heart of Reuilly. With a capacity for 6 adults and 1 child, this house is the perfect choice for families and groups of friends looking for a stay that combines comfort and charm. A private courtyard entirely without opposite, ideal for moments of conviviality in complete tranquility. Each room has been designed to offer a comfortable and memorable experience, with atypical decorative touches. The space You will enter through the recently renovated kitchen, equipped with a bar table ideal for coffee, thanks to the Dolce Gusto and a coffee maker (ground coffee) that are available. You will also find everything you need to cook: bowls, cutlery, glasses, microwave, toaster, kettle, air fryer, vegetable grater, etc. The first staircase will take you to the first bedroom, equipped with a double bed (160 cm). It also serves the toilet and bathroom, which includes a bathtub, a changing table and a hair dryer. A second toilet is also accessible. In this first bedroom, a closet door conceals access to the second bedroom, which offers a double bed (160 cm) as well as a space dedicated exclusively to children with a trundle bed (140 x 90 cm). On the top floor, the third bedroom is also equipped with a double bed (160 cm). A second staircase leads down to the ground floor to access the living/dining room. This warm space has a TV area, a corner sofa and board games, perfect for sharing pleasant moments with family or friends, while enjoying the charm of this atypical house. Outside, a private courtyard awaits you for a relaxing moment (shaded during the summer). You can enjoy a cocktail dinner there, with a gas barbecue around a handmade bar table. This courtyard is accessible both from the kitchen and the living room. Upon arrival, beds will be made and towels will be provided for your stay. The accommodation is ideally located: a short walk away you will find a bakery where to buy bread and pastries for breakfast. Other shops are also nearby, such as a tobacco shop, a pharmacy, the post office, and a media library. A few meters away by car, you can also run a few errands at the Carrefour Contact. Discover Reuilly and its surroundings Reuilly is a charming commune in the Indre department, in the Centre-Val de Loire region, located about 15 km north of Issoudun. It is renowned for its vineyards producing wines of Controlled Designation of Origin (AOC) Reuilly, including white wines based on Sauvignon and reds from Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris. In L'Arnon, a few meters after the train station, is La Guinguette, where there are departures for canoe trips. Nearby, be sure to visit remarkable sites like the Palais Jacques-Coeur and the Cathedral of Bourges, less than 30 km away. 90km away (1 hour by car ) is the 4th most beautiful zoological park in the world. The Printemps de Bourges is an iconic music festival that takes place every year in April. It brings together emerging and experienced artists in a unique festive and cultural atmosphere, an ideal opportunity to discover Bourges while enjoying concerts and entertainment throughout the city. We are also ideally located for visiting the Châteaux of the Loire Valley.
