The unique atmosphere of this atypical house, nestled in the heart of Reuilly. With a capacity for 6 adults and 1 child, this house is the perfect choice for families and groups of friends looking for a stay that combines comfort and charm. A private courtyard entirely without opposite, ideal for moments of conviviality in complete tranquility. Each room has been designed to offer a comfortable and memorable experience, with atypical decorative touches. The space You will enter through the recently renovated kitchen, equipped with a standing bar ideal for a coffee thanks to the Dolce Gusto at your disposal. You will also find everything you need to cook: bowls, cutlery, glasses, microwave, toaster, kettle... The first staircase will take you to the first bedroom, equipped with a double bed (160 cm). It also serves the toilet and bathroom, which includes a bathtub, changing table and hairdryer. A second toilet is also accessible. In this first bedroom, a closet door conceals access to the second bedroom, which offers a double bed (160 cm) as well as a space dedicated to children with a handmade bed (140 x 90 cm). On the top floor, the third bedroom is also equipped with a double bed (160 cm). A second staircase allows you to go down to the ground floor to access the living/dining room. This warm space has a TV area, a corner sofa and board games, perfect for sharing pleasant moments with family or friends, while enjoying the charm of this atypical house. Outside, a private courtyard awaits you for a relaxing time. You can enjoy a dinner aperitif, barbecue around a handmade standing table. This courtyard is accessible both from the kitchen and the living room. Upon arrival, the beds will be made and towels will be provided for your stay. The accommodation is in a great location: a few steps away you will find a bakery where you can buy bread and pastries for breakfast. Other shops are also nearby, such as a tobacco shop, beautician, pharmacy, ATM, post office and media library. Discover Reuilly and its surroundings Reuilly is a charming town in the Indre department, in the Centre-Val de Loire region, located about 15 km north of Issoudun. It is renowned for its vineyards producing Reuilly appellation d'origine contrôlée (AOC) wines, including sauvignon-based white wines and red wines from pinot noir and pinot gris. For the summer period, paddle and canoe are offered on the Arnon (departure at the guinguette 500 m from the accommodation) Nearby, don't miss remarkable sites such as the Palais Jacques-Cœur and the Cathedral of Bourges, within 30 km. 90 km (1 hour by car) is the 4th most beautiful zoological park in the world. The Spring of Bourges is an iconic music festival that takes place every year in April. It brings together emerging and established artists in a unique festive and cultural atmosphere, an ideal opportunity to discover Bourges while enjoying concerts and entertainment throughout the city.
