In a village between Valenciennes and Le Quesnoy, this cozy little house will delight nature lovers and active people. Dynamic village, you will find many shops (Coccimarket 7 days a week, butcher, caterer, fritery, brewery restaurant, bakery, La Poste, bank, pharmacy, tobacco-press, hairdressers). In the house you will have an equipped kitchen and dining room, a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom area, a bathroom and separate toilet. The space Upon arrival, you can park for free on the street. The entrance is through the garage (unusable at the moment) via the small door. Once parked, you can access the accommodation via a staircase. A 30 m2 room with 2 distinct spaces (but not partitioned): A kitchen/living room area with sofa bed A space for sleeping, bathroom and toilet. The windows have blackout blinds. Electrical heating. Guest access 🛣️5 min from the A2 motorway to Paris or Belgium (and still quiet). 🎟️Access is through the small garage door (unusable at this time). 🥾Many hiking trails around the accommodation. 👷Ideal for professionals looking for rest (bedding, TV) and security (closed garage integrated into the accommodation). 💑Ideal for couples (many restaurants nearby, we will not hesitate to share our favorites with you).
