These comfortable rooms are all within an exclusive wing of the house, with own separate entrance, private staircase and off-street courtyard parking. Outside area includes an unfenced pool, available for your use in summer months. The space This listing is for up to two people in a double bedroom. The adjacent twin room is available for up to 2 more guests within the same party, for an additional fee of £45 per guest. The accommodation comprises of a double room and a twin room, with a dedicated bathroom, private staircase, exclusive use of the garden room with TV and breakfast facilities. The second downstairs bathroom with walk-in shower is available for your exclusive use if more than two guests are booked. There is an outside area with pool which you may use entirely at your own risk during the summer months. The pool is unfenced, so children must be supervised at all times. Breakfast: Continental breakfast included, and cooked breakfast available by prior arrangement for extra fee. Guest access The guest rooms in Rectory Barn are situated in one end of the house, with their own private entrance, own hallway and staircase. Accommodation for two guests is in a comfortable double bedroom with adjacent bathroom. The twin room next to it is available for up to two more guests for an extra fee of £45 per person of the same family or party. There is a second downstairs bathroom with walk-in shower. The garden room is available for guests exclusive use, with sofa, TV, dining table and breakfast facilities including mini fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, tea and coffee. Continental breakfast is included, and a cooked breakfast can be offered by prior arrangement. During your stay John will usually be about in the main part of the house during your stay, and he can be contacted on his mobile. His small border terrier Maisie will also be around, and is very friendly. Other things to note Pool is available for your use during the summer months, swimming towels are available on request, please don't use the bath towels. Please note the pool is unfenced and used entirely at your own risk, children must be supervised at all times.
