The space You will love it…..a tasteful approx. 43 sqm two-room apartment with a large double bed 180/200 whether alone or for two, with or without a furry friend, just enjoy the peace and quiet. The adjacent fenced garden with terrace, beach chair, barbecue and loungers is worth a break in nature. Guest access The summer house is a very large country house with a length of 30 m. There are several apartments here. We, as hosts, also live here in the front part of the summer house with our two dogs Deemy (IW) and Nicco and welcome you on arrival. We are happy to answer any questions and provide tips. The separate entrance on the ground floor to the Südwind apartment is located on the long side of the house. Through the hallway, where you will find all the information brochures for your vacation here on the coast, you will reach the Südwind apartment. Other things to note The summer house is a beautiful country house on a 12,000 m² park-like property with two ponds. It is located in an outer location between Seefeld and Reitland and you therefore need a car to reach the beautiful landscape, the sea, the coast, the cities of Oldenburg, Bremerhaven, Bremen and the islands. The Butjadingen peninsula can also be explored wonderfully by bike, and you are welcome to bring your own bikes. The country house is located in the back of the property and can therefore be reached via a longer access road. On Stadlander Straße you will discover the "white bicycle" on the street at the entrance……so you will find it very easily. The dyke in the distance with the Bäderstraße about 1.5 km away as the crow flies, pure nature, many wild animals as guests... whether deer behind the fence, hares, pheasants, pond chickens also with family... not to forget the wild geese and many more. The health food store is within walking distance. The nearest supermarket is brand new from June 2025 in Seefeld, post office in the Raiffeisen market Seefeld as well as ATM, gas station. Next electric charging station at the Seefelder Mühle!
