Other things to note No elevator and no interior railing: The suite is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible via the staircase (approx. 3 flights of stairs from the parking lot). No air conditioning: For environmental reasons, we have deliberately decided not to install air conditioning. The large windows can cause the room to become warmer in summer; Electric external blinds are available on the south side, as the concrete core activation reacts slowly and cannot be switched on at the touch of a button. The access road is somewhat bumpy – for vehicles with very low ground clearance, we recommend approaching from “above” via Stuttgarter Straße and the “Alter Golfplatz” bus stop.
