Only 2 blocks from the historic downtown Independence. Walk to the Riverview Park where the kids can enjoy the playground. Then take a stroll down Main Street to one of the Restaurants, Breweries, Ice Cream Shops, or Coffee Shops. There's also a free trolley that runs daily from Independence to Monmouth. The space Entire bottom unit of duplex. Keypad entry. The unit has 2 Bedrooms. Each with a queen size bed, and a small 1 person pull-out bed in one of the rooms. ***NOTE: access to the bathroom is through Bedroom 2 Guest access Guests can use the entire downstairs unit of the Duplex. It has it's own separate entrance and is a completely separate space from the upstairs unit. The only "shared wall" would be the ceiling.
