Living on the farm. In a former grinding chamber, where grain was previously delivered directly from the field and ground for the animals, we have lovingly prepared a small apartment. In addition to horses and chickens, this small apartment is located in a separate wing of the farm. A timeless, modern, yet sophisticated design allows you to feel good in the countryside, whether for vacation or in a professional context. The space The property is located on an old farm in the former farm buildings next to a horse and chicken coop. This wing of the courtyard is independent of the main residential building, which is also located on the premises. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is accessible without stairs. To the street and to the entrance at a distance of about 30 m there is a large arched window, which has a tilt window for ventilation and can be opened via a wing door. Access to the apartment is in the courtyard of the farm. This leads directly to the hallway where there is a small kitchenette. The hallway leads to the bathroom and the main room of the apartment. The main room is a living room and bedroom in one. All rooms still show former elements of the utility rooms, such as cast iron rings, steel beams and beams. The renovation took place in 2024 according to the latest construction specifications. All rooms are laid with insensitive tiles and underfloor heating. Attention to aesthetics but also functionality has been a priority while furnishing. You will therefore find some art objects on the premises that are in the context of the building or the history of the building and the family. About the rooms: Kitchen: Equipped with a mobile induction plate for 2 pots, small refrigerator, dishes & co. Bathroom: rain shower, walk-in shower, storage cabinet, towels (2 per person), small window Living room: 2 armchairs, a fold-out table with 2 chairs and 2 folding chairs, dresser with 6 drawers, clothes rail incl. hangers Sleeping area: 140 x 200 cm bed with duvets in the sizes 155 x 220 cm, TV A washing machine and dryer are available on site by arrangement in a separate room. Wi-Fi can be found in the guide on site. There is a parking lot on the premises that is available to you. You are allowed to move freely in the green areas. We are happy to answer any questions and requests you may have on site at any time. The animals may be petted, but not fed (risk of death). However, you are welcome to participate in consultation with us. Guest access Access is via the courtyard. Handover and return are made in person unless otherwise discussed. You will receive two keys for the period of your stay. Other things to note Next to the apartment there is a horse stable (one horse) and an outside chicken coop. The roosters may crow in the morning, as is common for chickens. For sensitive ears, we add earplugs. Noises in the stable are usually only heard briefly when feeding. The parking lot is on the left when entering the courtyard, space number 3 (currently not yet signposted).
