Keep it cozy in the purple bedroom with a kingl-sized memory foam matress located right off 45 and 15 minutes from Lake Conroe. It's a quiet neighborhood that was recently built 3 years ago with great neighbors. There are great local restaurants and everything is within a 10 to 15 minute drive. Your room is the purple room. The house is shared with me and another Air BnB guest room. The space 1 story, 3 bedroom/2 bath house with fenced in backyard, gazebo with patio furniture 1 small older hypoallergenic dog and a young, very friendly cat (not allowed in rooms) Security cameras (door, driveway, backyard) Keyless front door entry Lock and key for each private room Free parking Free laundry room for 2+ night stay Guest access Guests are welcome to use the living room, kitchen (please bring own food and clean up sheet yourself), laundry room with 2+ nights stay, and of course your bedroom and bathroom. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the patio furniture under the lighted canopy in the backyard. *Please, no smoking inside, around the doors, open windows, or around the patio furniture. Vaping is fine. During your stay If you need anything during your stay, please text me. I'm always available. I work from home and enjoy watching TV on my new reclining couches. You're welcome to relax with me but I might watch some boring documentary. :) Other things to note I live and work from home during the day as a Recruiter and spend most of my time on the phone in the living room, in my office, the shared spaces, or my room. I try to move around and change scenery. The dog might bark when you arrive but she is mostly deaf and locked in my room at night or in her favorite kennel. The dog is fenced in the dining area when I'm not home. The dog and cat are friendly, but likely won't bother guests or will only say hello.
