If you have specific constraints, please do not hesitate to inform us in advance: we will do our best to accommodate, depending on our availability. In the off-season, we are happy to adapt. Access to the accommodation Access can be done independently thanks to a secure key box, located in the immediate vicinity of the residence (impasse de la Brigantine). Detailed access instructions will be sent to you before your arrival. Cleaning and inventory The end of stay cleaning is included in your reservation (excluding kitchen). Thank you in advance for leaving the property in a respectful state, to facilitate the work of our team and provide a pleasant experience for the following guests. Parking Several parking options are available nearby: Parking & travel Out of season, parking is free in the Provence parking lot, as well as in a few spaces located at the foot of the residence (subject to availability). In season, Provence parking becomes paid, with an advantageous weekly package at €47. Free year-round and highly recommended: the Môle car park, located about a 5-minute walk from the property, has nearly 700 spaces and offers a practical and serene solution. Walking distance Thanks to the central location of the apartment, beach, shops, restaurants, markets and entertainment are within walking distance. A vehicle is therefore not essential, unless you want to explore the surroundings and the region. Other things to note The accommodation is non-smoking, but it is possible to smoke only on the terrace, making sure to use an ashtray. Pets are welcome, subject to respect for the premises (basket and bowls provided). End-of-stay cleaning is included, but we thank you for leaving the kitchen clean and taking out the trash before you leave. Parties, evenings and bachelor parties are not allowed, out of respect for the neighborhood. The residence is quiet and secure: please respect the tranquility of the premises. Security deposit: Although we do not collect a security deposit, please note that your credit card may be charged in the event of damage found after your stay. This is done to ensure the protection of our home and to provide a pleasant experience for all our guests.
