Conveniently situated only a short drive from Bolton Abbey, Skipton and Ilkley, it is the perfect base from which to explore this beautiful part of Yorkshire. The property is finished to a high standard, including very large open plan kitchen with Rangemaster oven, dining area and large living room. Guest access The Cottage has access to the front and rear, with sole use garden/patio Other things to note The Cottage comprises of; Bedroom 1: Large room, two double wardrobes, dressing table and King size bed Bedroom 2: Double bed, fitted wardrobe Bedroom 3: Single bed, dressing table and wardrobe with drawers Bathroom: House Bathroom, W.C. Bath and separate shower There is a separate W.C. downstairs off the kitchen Large open plan kitchen / dining space featuring a wood burner and access to private garden/patio area. Full size Rangemaster double oven, Microwave, large fridge freezer and central island with stools and power sockets. Outside: Private garden including large stone-flagged patio area with dining furniture. Access gate is to the front of the property directly into the garden. There is plenty of Parking directly across the road. The village has it's own playground for small children just up the road from the cottage. This is a very quiet village and perfect for a relaxing stay. Aimed at those guests seeking to enjoy the peaceful, rural surroundings in comfort, we expressly do not accept groups or people wishing to host parties as the cottage is situated next to residential properties.
