B&B Tenuta Paganico, represents a true experience on Tuscan soil in contact with traditional farm activities: agriculture and breeding in the wild. Spending time in our farmhouse means rediscovering the work, the seasonality, the characters of a centuries-old farm that throughout its history has preserved a genuine and intact vocation with respect to the activities and times of the cycles of working the land and rearing animals in the wild. The space The superior apartment “Casa di Caccia” is located in the historic building of the Tenuta Paganico farm. It comprises a magnificent large living room with a monumental fireplace, a large kitchen complete with all amenities, a bathroom, five double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom (one of which is equipped for disabled guests). The “Casa di Caccia” overlooks the park, where there is a private garden equipped with a parasol, table and chairs, a barbecue and a hammock, perfect for relaxing outdoors in the summer. The apartment is equipped with: independent entrance, parking, WiFi, heating, fireplace, barbecue, kitchen linen, bed linen and towels, hairdryer, fan, blackout curtains, terracotta floors and exposed wooden beams on the ceiling. If you wish, you can use our communal swimming pool, which is only 1 km from our estate, located at the “I Roggeti” farmhouse. There is a changing room next to our swimming pool where you can get changed Maximum occupancy for 10 people. Extra beds for children can be added on request. Origin of the building: during the winter, hunters would gather to share meals and conversation in the large living room of the HUNTING LODGE. Other things to note EATING AT THE PAGANICO ESTATE: AN EXPERIENCE THAT LINKS NATURE, FARMING AND KNOWLEDGE From the land to the table... the kitchen represents, as in our homes, a meeting and exchange point: this is where our dishes are created using organic products from the Paganico Estate and local farms. All the raw materials used in our kitchen come from our vegetable garden or directly from our farm and from a selection of local organic farms and producers with whom we share ideals and an ethical approach in which agriculture, production processes and supply chains remain at the centre of careful and rigorous passion in respect of the environment. THE LOCATION We welcome you to ‘BRADO’, our restaurant, located in the centre of the Opificio, once a grain warehouse. We have furnished it with reused objects and historical utensils from the estate and designed it to welcome adults and children alike. For quick lunches or tastings, you can take a seat at ‘BoVINO’, our Agricola Vineria and tasting room, once the carpentry shop, where the large iron table built on the tracks of the old saw (a binario, in fact), which was used to cut large logs, stands out. A LARGE HALL IN THE MIDDLE OF NATURE In our large park, a dining room surrounded by greenery, here you can enjoy a glass of organic Montecucco wine, or dine under the holm oaks, in a relaxed and spectacular atmosphere, with the children playing freely in nature or getting to know our Cinta Senese pigs. Your four-legged friends will also be welcome. POINT OF SALE OF OUR PRODUCTS AND TUSCAN ORGANIC EXCELLENCE In addition to the farm butcher's shop, with its fresh meat and cold cuts counter, our organic food shop is located inside the factory. From a careful selection of Tuscan companies, at the opificio you can find a wide range of food and household products, all exclusively local and organic. You can buy cheeses, wines, beers, juices, jams, honey, coffee, flours, pasta, rice, pulses and vegetable sauces, ecological soaps for the home, balms and body ointments. The Opificio is located in the historic building that for decades was the operational centre of the traditional activities of the Paganico Estate, serving as a grain storehouse, carpenter's shop, blacksmith's forge and machine shop.
