Upon confirmation and an agreed window of time for arrival, I will send an code for your access when you arrive. We are in a small rural gated community where each home has an acre or more. It's a quiet friendly neighborhood. If you're up for some hills, a morning walk is a great way to start your day. We are not a city location where you can walk to shops or restaurants. You will need a car to see the sights of Monterey and Santa Cruz counties. No smoking of any kind inside or out. Please respect drought conditions and precious water. No green lawn in summer. You will need a car to get around as we are not in town so restaurants and shops are just a short drive away. Feel free to ask for easy directions if your navigator seems to taking the "scenic" route! We are located in a gated community. It is necessary to set a window of time for arrival and have a gate code once you arrive at the neighborhood gate. Please let us know your estimated arrival time within a couple hours or so as soon as possible. Being a home stay in Monterey county means that we are home during your stay and the space is within our home. As such, we plan our days activities in order to be available to greet you.
