Outside, it has a shaded area of about 20 sqm, delimited, for relaxation and outdoor dining. The space The apartment is located in a residential complex, consisting of a building with a single body, with three private real estate units - intended for short-term rentals, that is for exclusively tourist purposes - provided with toilets and independent kitchen and independent entrances directly from the outside. The property is located in the new residential district of "Muracche" (ancient walls), at the foot of the Tortoreto hill, very close to the beach and the sea, from which it is about 1,200 m away and about 80 m above sea level (which is why, despite its proximity to the sea, it is necessary to use the car to travel to and from the property), WHICH ALLOWS YOU TO ENJOY A BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF THE SEA and the urban landscape where it directly overlooks. The property has been built on an area of 2,600 square meters and is immersed in the greenery of a large garden, well cared for, with ornamental plants of medium and high stem, Mediterranean scrub, shrubs and flowering vases; it is a very cool and ventilated environment, both day and night, also thanks to the breezes of the sea and land that in the summer months they reach it undisturbed. It is therefore a special, relaxing and comfortable place to spend a pleasant and quiet summer stay, particularly appreciated and ideal for families with small children or teenagers, for the elderly or for holidays with animals. But it is also for young people, for couples or groups of friends, who are also looking for moments of relaxation, after intense days of sun, sea, sports activities, evenings and nights spent in the places of the festive and always lively "nightlife". (The above description and the very limited number of guests who can stay at the same time in the property are suitable and "recommended" conditions also for the purposes of interpersonal distancing). Guest access -The property is not suitable for guests with disabilities in wheelchairs. - The entire property is fully fenced and the entrance is via a public road. Other things to note 1)-The rental price includes: the flat-rate consumption of domestic utilities - the use of air conditioning and the Internet connection with LAN cable or Wi-Fi - the final cleaning of the apartment - an outdoor, shaded parking space, inside the fenced structure; condominium expenses, the waste removal tax and other taxes or duties levied on the property provided for by law are included. The price excludes the tourist tax to be paid separately, upon arrival. 2)-On request, bed linen and towels can be rented on site (at an additional cost). 3)-There is no provision for additional and/or complementary services other than those specifically mentioned above, typical of accommodation facilities. 4) -Upon arrival, the Guest will find in the accommodation, as a courtesy, "the bare necessities" of some basic products: for the bathroom, for the kitchen and for the washing machine. 5)-In the winter period - from 10/17 to 04/18 - the apartment is available for a maximum of two people. 6)-Upon arrival of the Guest, the owner "may" request the payment of a sum of money as a Security Deposit. 7)-During the mid and high season - from 06/13 to 09/05 - stays run from Saturday (check-in) to Saturday (check-out). If you book, see the information on the "Arrival guide" page. 8)-Upon request, it is possible to use a parking space and/or bicycles "free of charge", outdoors, in a fenced area of our property, located at the Lido 200 meters from the sea. 9)-Upon request, we can provide a set of lightweight beach equipment "free of charge" for the public beach, consisting of: an umbrella, a folding chair, director's type, in aluminum with armrests and a beach towel. 10) -Upon request, you can use the following for free: a fixed masonry barbecue; -a mobile barbecue (Weber), equipped with wheels to move it more easily; -a portable barbecue (Weber), small and easily transportable wherever you want to barbecue.
