Cozy Barndominium

This quaint barndo leaves nothing to be desired with its charming, rustic interior and modern amenities. New appliances and all the comforts of home are sure to make your stay as pleasant as possible. This is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom home with two additional twin beds in the loft. This is a smaller space but is very functional and comfortable. Only 50 minutes from Panama City's white sand beaches and 7 minutes from Chipley, it's conveniently located for those wanting to explore. The space The Home is situated on 10 acres that you are welcome to use at your leisure. There is current ground work being done on the pond so it is not accessible at this time. There are also many local activities, such as kayaking, snorkeling, and scuba diving in the local springs that I highly recommend. Please be aware that this space is in the country situated on 10 acres of pasture and trees. I do have routine pest service that comes on a schedule, but there could be the occasional spider or other flying insects that would love to join you inside this cute barn if you leave doors/windows open. Please try to keep all doors closed and exterior lights off as much as possible. Other things to note No pets allowed. If evidence of a pet is noted, it will be an additional 100$ fee.
