Apartment in Hain, the gateway to the Spessart

The vacation apartment is located in the attic of my house in Hain im Spessart. The house itself is built on a slope, so the front door can be reached via 30 steps. In the house itself, it is then another 15 steps up. The number of guests is limited to 5. If more guests would like to come, please send a request. By arrangement, it is possible that more guests will come. A double air bed can still be set up. The space The apartment with approx. 80 square meters offers generous space for 1 to 5 people. Please note: In the bedroom there is a double bed (2 people) and a single bed (1 person), as well as a crib. In the living area, there is a corner sofa bed that can be used as a double bed (2 people) By arrangement, it is possible that more guests will come. A double air bed can still be set up. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 bathroom and 1 balcony. The property can be used as a vacation home, as a workplace or as a fitter's accommodation. Guests who want to use the place as a vacation home have the opportunity • Take hikes through the Spessart. There are several hiking trails that start near the property. For excursions that you want to take on foot, Nordic walking poles are available free of charge. For a professional guided tour, I can recommend a Spessart safari. You can get the web address from me on request, as Airbnb does not allow links. • Take the bus to Aschaffenburg (every hour). • Visit slightly more distant places by train from Laufach or by car (A3 about 10 km). Recommended are Lohr, Seligenstadt, Würzburg or Frankfurt. For guests who want to move their workplace to a vacation environment, a workplace is available in the living area where their own equipment (laptop, possibly printer) can be set up. Communication with the world takes place via a Wi-Fi with 21 Mbit/s (measured by Airbnb). For guests who want to book the accommodation as a fitter apartment, a longer booking period is also possible (please book early). A washer-dryer is available here for a fee of €10/day. The amenities (for all types of use) • the bedroom: one double bed, one single bed and one crib. • The kitchen (open to the living area, but a child safety gate can be set up): Stove with ceramic range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, fridge with freezer, toaster and of course cutlery and dishes. • the living room (open to the kitchen, access to the bathroom): with corner sofa (can be used as a sofa bed), HD TV, dining table with 4 chairs, ceiling fan, workstation with Wi-Fi connection. • the bathroom (access from the living room and bedroom): with bathtub and shower, hairdryer, sink and toilet, as well as a washer-dryer. • the balcony: small table with 2 chairs, electric grill. Of course, the furnishings include towels, dishtowels and bed linen, as well as dishwashing utensils and some spices, some coffee and tea. Guest access So that you do not have to adhere to a specific time on arrival, a self-check-in via an electronic access system is available. The code will be sent to you via Airbnb email. The keypad for entering the access code is located to the right of the doorbell on the door frame of the front door. Enter the six-digit access code you received via Airbnb email into the keyboard. The door opens. After entering the house, close the door behind you and press the key motor. The door will be locked. Go up the stairs in the house. That's your place to stay. If you want to leave the house again and the front door is locked, press the key motor. The door will open. Go through the door and close it behind you. Please lock the door by pressing the triangle button on the keyboard. If there are any issues opening or closing the front door, just send me an Airbnb message. Other things to note Please let me know how the available beds should be used (double, single, sofa). If you arrive by train, you can use the pick-up and drop-off service from Aschaffenburg main station or Laufach station (for a small fee). Forgot your cell phone charger? For a deposit, you can borrow a device from me.
