Welcome to your peaceful getaway! This warm and quiet space is perfect for relaxing. Enjoy a cosy atmosphere with all the essentials to make you feel at home. Lawndale is a small city in the South Bay. However, it’s close to several attractions: • Manhattan Beach (15 min) • Redondo Beach Pier (15 min) • SoFi Stadium (20 min) • LAX (12 min) • Santa Monica (30 min) • Hollywood (40 min) • Downtown LA (30 min) The space Welcome to a peaceful and quiet home, perfect for rest, relaxation, and uninterrupted sleep at any time of day. The space is calm, low-traffic, and ideal for guests who appreciate a serene environment. I do have a very gentle, older dog who stays in the living room while I’m away. She is extremely calm and rarely barks, so most guests hardly notice he’s there. I will introduce you to Henna when you check in. I’m typically not home Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, giving you plenty of quiet time to enjoy the space on your own. You just need to open the door for the dog go in the backyard sometimes. If you’re looking for a laid-back, quiet place to recharge, this is a great fit. Guest access You’ll have full access to the home during your stay. I’ll provide you with a key, so you can come and go freely whenever you need. The house is very quiet, I tend to wake up quite early. I simply ask that guests are mindful of noise after 10pm to help maintain the peaceful environment. During your stay I’m usually around and available on weekends if you need anything. During the week (Monday through Friday), I’m away from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, so you’ll have plenty of quiet time and privacy throughout the day.
