The space This bright 1-bedroom apartment offers a cozy and practical layout ideal for both short and long stays. The living room includes a comfortable sofa, smart TV, a compact open kitchen, and a dining corner with large windows that bring in natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop, kettle, coffee machine, and tea maker—providing everything you need for convenient home cooking. The bedroom features a soft double bed, blackout curtains, and a wardrobe. The modern bathroom includes a spacious glass shower cabin and all essential amenities for a comfortable stay. Guest access You will have private access to the entire apartment and will be provided with two sets of keys for your convenience. Other things to note - The apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator in the building. - The size of the bed is 140x200 cm - The bedroom has limited natural light - There is only one A/C in the unit, it is located in the bedroom. - The iron, ironing board, washing machine, and dryer are shared amenities and can be found in the amenities room on the entrance floor - Cleanliness of the bed linens and towels is one of our top priorities. Any stain (makeup, nail polish, blood, etc.) has to be specially cleaned with extra care. In the worst case, if we are unable to remove those, they need to be thrown out and you might be charged for the cost of it. Please make sure to use them as your own. FINES & FEES FOR THE VIOLATIONS - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any violation will result in a 100 EUR penalty fee - Lost keys will incur a 35 EUR replacement fee - If keys are left inside the door lock, requiring locksmith assistance, a 60 EUR service charge will apply.
