Guest access You'll have access to the entire side of the duplex, as well as the shared back deck and shared back yard. Other things to note Our home is a duplex and shares a wall on the other unit of the duplex. The back deck and back yard are shared with the other side of the duplex. We have 2 parking spots available for this unit behind our duplex. You may also utilize street parking (which is open parking). PLEASE avoid parking on the street in front of the driveway or house to the right of ours (pink house). The neighbor who lives there doesn't like our guests parking there, so in order to avoid an interaction or note on your card, we ask that you find other street parking.
