Bergvik is located in the small village of Sandvika in Lierne municipality not far from the Swedish border. Here you have stunning views of Lake Laksjön and the mountains from virtually every room in the house. Here you can hike, pick berries and mushrooms and fish just minutes' drive from the house and you are also close to the store. Bergvik is a place where thoughts can be expressed, in front of the fireplace, or down by the water. Welcome to a unique and quiet home - welcome to Bergvik! The space About this place Charming and unique accommodation in Sandvika/Nordli in Nordtrøndelag. Here you live in the middle of the mountains and at the same time a short walk from the grocery store. If you are looking for a mountain stay with all that it entails and a simple but welcoming accommodation, then this is the house for you! The area is full of lakes and streams for fishing (fishing licenses are bought at the gas station in the village) and swimming, forests and mountains with endless possibilities for hiking and mountain running. Berries and mushrooms are plentiful in season. The nearest morning swim is across the road. Note that you need to be a little agile to get down to the rocky beach and out into the water. Otherwise, a more accessible sandy beach is a ten-minute walk to the east. Grocery store, gas station and café are a five to ten-minute walk east. A little over half an hour's drive east is Gäddede in Sweden. The space Bergvik is a simple accommodation with older standard. There is a TV but not Wi-Fi, but feel free to borrow any of the books to read in front of the fireplace. You are welcome to bring your dog here. Please wipe off dirty paws and bring a blanket for it to lie on, please. The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining area, TV room with fireplace, living room with dining area and fireplace, a small toilet and hall with stairs up. Upstairs, there are three available bedrooms and a bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, toilet and washing machine. One bedroom has a double bed, another two single beds and the third (in the room with green floors) has a single bed that is slightly short. A child can sleep here with advantage. Note: The house is close to the road and may therefore be unsuitable for small children. Sheets/bed linens can be rented for SEK 150/guest. Booked via message after confirmed booking. We keep a low cleaning fee, and you as a guest are expected to leave the place in good order. Vacuum cleaners are in the cleaning cabinet under the stairs. Thank you for throwing away your garbage at the grocery store and washing and putting the dishes in the dishwasher before departure! Glass, plastic and metal can be placed in designated containers inside the right door of the purple red outhouse in the yard.
