VALE DO SER: a private paradise in the mountains

Sítio Vale do Ser is one of the most beautiful and vital places in the mountains, perfect for rest, studies and conviviality. Two streams meet in a private waterfall, 30 meters from the house. It is a private and safe space, with a cozy, equipped and comfortable home, in the old half-timbered model. In this refuge you enjoy clean air, pure water, and starry skies. Here we appreciate offering the warmth of our home to Airbnb friends, students, and guests. ** WE DON 'T host PETs. The space Only 75 km from Porto Alegre, on the colonial route that goes to Gramado, our site has two main spaces: the lodging house and the lounge for group retreats, which is open only for courses, with larger groups, that occupy the house and lounge. Via Airbnb, we are only offering hosting in the house, for five people. In this case, the entire site is for the sole use of the guests. When we host via Airbnb there are no side events, no other guests on the site. INTERNET: good signal, both for home-office with audio and video, and to watch movies on our smart TV, connected by ethernet cable and with Netflix, youtube, etc. available. COLONIAL HOUSE - in half-timbered (German model construction); - spacious dining and living room, portable fan, TV with ethernet cable, heaters, large table, sofas, wood stove. Desk for studies and work, with various games, brushes and painting and drawing materials available; - two comfortable rooms (with portable fans and heaters); - a small library for adults, with some books for children and teenagers; - large and fully equipped kitchen, with hot water in the faucets and portable fan; - high mineral quality water (artesian well); - bathroom with gas shower and hot water in the faucets; - covered outdoor area, with hammocks, tables, chairs and armchairs; - patio with ample lawn, trees, benches, sun and shade areas, swings and outdoor shower; - stream and private waterfall (meeting of two streams), 30 meters from the house; - small woods on the side of the house; - land area with closed trails and forests; MEDITATION/ YOGA - Vale do Ser site is also a center for personal growth, with a salon for immersions. On Airbnb reservations, exclusive to the lodging house, the lounge is closed, but there are many spaces on its covered decks for meditative practices close to the forests and the waterfall. Vale do Ser is a suitable place to meditate and do yoga. WRITING BOOKS / THESES - in the collection of Vale do Ser some books have already been written, theatrical shows and films have been designed, as well as theses have been finalized. Our space allows for comfort, creative energy, and recollection for creation and intellectual production. WATER - our water is an artesian well, with high mineral quality. It can be consumed on any faucet, without the need for filters. We ask for the excessive and unnecessary consumption of water, for the ecological economy of this natural resource. INTERNET - good connection for video and audio (home-office). Smart tv has great access to Netflix, Youtube etc. LUZ - 220 w. WIFI - although only 4 km from the asphalt, the local telephone network is deficient and so the means of communication on the site is only online. We have a good wifi network, with availability for ethernet cable. ROAD - access to the site, both from Porto Alegre and Gramado, is easy, with paved roads and only 4 km of good quality ground road. BED LINENS FOR 5 BEDS - WE offer bedding, pillows and blankets/blankets for the three single and double beds. We have an extra mattress. For this extra mattress, we don't offer linen or pillows. WE DON'T OFFER towels, toiletries, and medicine. Guest access Entire house and total area of the place, with private waterfall, woods, trails etc. There is a restriction on the use of three closed cabinets, the oven and the industrial stove, intended only for the activities of larger groups in the Vale do Ser salon. When the house hosts via Airbnb, the event room is closed.
