We think the outstanding feature in our special apartment is the beautiful spacious living area with historic granite columns, beautiful arched windows and a double height ceiling at one end. French doors lead out to a private terraced area ,overlooking a sunken Italianate garden and beyond to a beautiful garden and woodlands to explore. Here there is a dinning table and seating for 6, which is a lovely spot to enjoy the beautiful view when the weather is good. The kitchen is spacious with a table, dishwasher, washing machine, electric hob, oven, toaster and microwave. On the ground floor is a room which can be used as a study area or single or double bedroom . A toilet is also located on the ground floor. On the first floor are two bedrooms. Entrance is gained by keys in a key safe. The small lawned areas outside the adjoining properties are private and we respectively ask you not to walk across them. Other things to note Portreath Beach is about a 10 minute drive away. It has soft sand, tall cliffs, lovely rock pools and a great surf break.There are lifeguards on patrol from 10am to 6pm during the summer months. The beach backs on to a small town offering most facilities including shops, cafes, pubs and toilets. Tehidy Country Park adjoins Tehidy Park. It has the largest area of woodland in west Cornwall with over 9 miles of paths and 250 acres of peaceful woods and lakes to explore. The woods have a series of colour coded walks and cycle routes.
