The space This is a newly built home with modern decor, excellent central heating, and a peaceful, contemporary vibe. Located in a quiet, well-maintained residential estate, the surroundings are calm and ideal for a comfortable stay. Convenient transport links include a bus stop just a 1-minute walk from the estate and a train station only 5 minutes away—both offering quick access to Dublin city centre. Free on street parking outside the house. All major grocery stores are nearby, along with a great selection of restaurants, cafés, pharmacies, and salons to cover your daily needs. Guest access You will have access to your room and a private bathroom for exclusive use during your stay. You can also access the kitchen for microwave, kettle, espresso machine, toaster, tea/coffee and use the dining area. Note: no access to hob/over for cooking. We also have a private deck with couches covered with a pergola in the backyard that can be used if required. During your stay The property is owner-occupied, so I’ll be on the premises and available to assist with any questions or needs if you prefer. You're welcome to reach out anytime, either in person or via Airbnb messaging—I respond promptly. That said, I fully respect your privacy and space. If you prefer minimal interaction, I’ll follow your lead and ensure a quiet, uninterrupted stay. Other things to note No smoking inside the house. No outside shoes allowed inside house bar the hallway. We will provide you with fresh, unsused hotel/spa like slippers if you require for no extra charge.
