Within 30 Minutes to Rocky Mt National Park, Estes Park, Boulder & Longmont. Dog friendly fenced in back yard. This is a 30+ Day Stay. If you need more days beyond what is presented on our calendar, please reach out so we can open these dates for you:) The space This charming 2 bedroom/2 bath bungalow features an open living area with a dedicated work space, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, a front & back porch, outdoor living & dining space, BBQ, A/C & Wifi. The bedrooms offer king and queen memory foam beds for a restful night's sleep. Watch the world go by on the iconic front porch, or hang out in the hammock & listen to live music from the back patio. This is also the home of "local wildlife". Deer , turkeys, bear & hummingbirds are frequent visitors to our home. We are within walking distance to downtown amenities including dining, shopping, art, music, parks, our local market, bank , post office, river activities, & seasonal music festivals. Access to local hiking & mountain biking trails, and Rocky Mt National Park are minutes away via car. Guest access You will have private use of the entire indoor living space., as well as the outdoor porch & patios. The basement has an outdoor entrance and is not part of the rental. Additional storage is available in the garage space is negotiable. Other things to note We are dog friendly with the following rules: -Guests must present proof of dogs vaccination at time of booking. -No more then 2 dogs. -No Cats, No acceptations! Manager has cat allergies. -Dogs must be on leash when outside fenced back yard. (our neighborhood has a rule that cats can roam free with or without their owner, which means your dog must be on leash when accompanying owner on the front porch) -All pet waste must be picked up by guests and disposed of in on site dumpster. -Guests who are not transparent about bringing there dog or do not respect the above stated rules will be asked to leave without refund. -Lyons has an amazing dog park within minutes of the property.
