If you enter the entrance, there is only staircase. The space Rooms: 2nd floor only: living room, kitchen space, Western-style room, indoor bath, open-air bath, toilet, Maximum Occupancy • Bedding Preparation Information ○ Bedding arrangements differ based on the number of guests. ○ Each guest will be provided with one pillow. ○ 1 guest: 1 double-size bed ○ 2 guests: 2 double-size beds ○ 3 guests: 2 double-size beds and 1 double-size futon ○ 4 guests: 2 double-size beds and 2 double-size futons ○ 5 guests: 2 double-size beds and 3 double-size futons ○ 6–10 guests: The above bedding is shared among all guests. ○ Note: Changes to the number of guests must be communicated by the day before check-in. Changes cannot be accommodated on the same day. ○ Children aged 0–2 are considered co-sleeping and stay free of charge. ○ Children aged 3–12 will be charged the same accommodation fee as adults. For children under 6 years old (preschool age), if parents choose co-sleeping, the child will count as an infant. Complimentary reservations for infants will not include towels or amenities. Please prepare these items yourself, or include the child in the total number of guests as a "child" or "adult" when making the reservation. Can I store my luggage before or after check-in? ○ It is not possible to leave luggage inside the house before check-in or after check-out. 2. What amenities are provided? ○ Each guest is provided with one face towel, one bath towel, and one toothbrush. 3. For stays longer than two nights, is cleaning or amenities replenished? ○ During your stay, we do not provide room cleaning or replenish amenities. 4. Are pajamas provided? ○ Guests are requested to bring their own pajamas. 5. Are seasonings provided? ○ No seasonings (oil, salt, pepper, etc.) are provided for hygiene reasons. Cooking involving large amounts of smoke, such as barbecue or hot pot, is prohibited. 6. Is Wi-Fi available? ○ Yes, the room has Wi-Fi, and the SSID and password are provided. 7. How do I separate garbage? ○ Separate garbage into burnable, non-burnable, plastic bottles, cans, and glass bottles. Trash bins for each category are available inside the house. 8. Is BBQ allowed? ○ BBQ is not allowed. Please refrain from barbecuing anywhere on the premises, both indoors and outdoors. The wooden deck on the terrace is particularly flammable. Please note that if any signs of BBQ use are found, a special cleaning fee and/or compensation for damages may be charged. ※Please do not grill meat or cook hot pot or other dishes that produce a lot of smoke inside. Self Check-In/Check-Out Check-in and check-out are non-face-to-face and use a self-check-in system. Five days before your stay, a URL for pre-check-in will be sent to you. Please complete the procedure. Upon arrival, finalize your check-in using the iPad provided inside the room. • Check-in Time: From 3:00 PM • Key Information: The property uses an electronic lock (no physical key). Electronic Lock Code: • A 4-digit code will be sent to the email address registered during booking. • Code delivery: Between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM on the check-in day. Using the Kitchen: Thank you for keeping the space clean and organized. After use, please wash and return all utensils, dishes, and cookware you use to their original place. Note: Cooking oil, salt, and other seasonings are not provided for hygiene purposes. Towel Service: Each guest will receive one face towel and one bath towel for their stay, regardless of the number of nights. Additional towels can be purchased as follows: • Face towel: ¥200 • Bath towel: ¥300 • Set of face towel and bath towel: ¥500 per set Requests for additional towels must be made by the day before your stay. Same-day requests cannot be accommodated. A washing machine and detergent are provided for your use. Optional Cleaning Services During Your Stay: • Cleaning can be requested before check-out or for extended stays. • Mid-stay cleaning requires a paid request. Please make this request by the day before. Information About the Onsen (Hot Spring): Adjust the water temperature by using the valve. • If the water is too hot: Partially close the red onsen valve. • If the water is too cold: Open the valve slightly. Once the temperature is comfortable, please return the valve to its original position. Note: Do not turn off the hot spring completely. It will not be available in the morning otherwise. Open-Air Bath Rules: • Avoid using the bath after 10:00 PM. • Conversations, singing, or any loud activities in the bath can disturb neighbors and are not permitted. Other Important Notes: • NHK channels are not available on the TV. • During the early spring "Risshun" period, ash from controlled burns may occasionally enter the open-air bath or balcony.
