Description
Surrounded by nature, enjoy the beautiful view of waterlillies and native bushland in a rainforest setting. This romantic self-contained tiny house has all you need for a luxurious getaway. Designed for comfort, the space features a state of the art HRV system to ensure fresh air while maintaining a constant temperature. A deluxe queen bed has views through full length windows. There is a fully appointed bathroom and kitchen. All this with privacy to unwind, relax and connect with nature. The space Waterlily is 10 minutes from Stroud and 10 minutes from Allworth. Stroud is an historic village founded in the 1820s. There are many beautiful old buildings to explore, as well as a thriving town centre with cafes and stores that sell antiques and locally made arts and crafts Allworth is the location of the award winning Farmer's Wife Gin Distillery, which features boutique gin products using Australian flavours, as well as fine dining in a sumptuous architectural setting. Guest access The entire space is available to guests. The home has a deck overlooking a dam with waterlilies. The tiny house has its own driveway and entrance. The space is distanced from the main residence and is completely separate and private. You wont be disturbed but feel free to ask questions. With that said, you may see us working around the property from time to time, taking care of the grounds or the animals. Other things to note The tiny home is a retreat in the bush. You will likely see native animals: birds, water dragons, perhaps wallabies. Because you are in the bush, we ask that you do not walk outside with bare feet. There are sticks and stones, and although very unlikely, it is possible you may see a snake or spider. The home is semi off-grid. This means that it 90% solar powered, and the water is delicious fresh rainwater. The toilet is a state of the art eco toilet which uses a natural process to decompose human waste into compost, rather than flushing it away with water. Registration Details Exempt
