The swimming pool is used by the residents. The space Through a private parking lot and private entrance, you arrive directly in the large living room/kitchen (50 m2). This room has a recessed location, so there is a step. The whole is not suitable for the disabled. At the front and side are large French doors that overlook the area. Deer are spotted regularly. The living room is spacious and has a large comfortable sofa and a number of nice chairs. In the kitchen there is a large dining table. The kitchen was installed in 2015 and is equipped with a gas stove and dishwasher. For coffee lovers, it is good to mention that there is a Jura coffee machine. The kitchen equipment is complete. Downstairs is also a bathroom with toilet. Here is also the washing machine. The entire ground floor has underfloor heating. And if you are tired of the view, there are plenty of games available. Through a staircase in the living room, you come to a spacious hall where the two bedrooms (26 m2 and 13.5 m2) are located. Both with a spacious double bed. Large Velux skylights offer views of the starry sky at night. Through the hall/library you reach the bathroom and the separate toilet. The entire upper floor, i.e. both bedrooms, hall, bathroom and toilet, were renovated in 2022. In the hall on the first floor, you will find a large collection of books. For the benefit of the guests, a large part of the garden is separated from the residents' garden by a fence. There are about 2000 m2 at your disposal. Terrace chairs and parasols as well as a BBQ are provided. On this piece of land is also the swimming pool of 4 by 10 meters. It is 1.50 deep and is heated by a heat pump. The swimming pool is open from May to October. Guest access The described part of the accommodation is completely at the disposal of the guests. The interior doors to the residents' area are closed. A large part of the garden is exclusively for guests. Here you can really sit undisturbed. Regarding privacy: The swimming pool is pretty much entirely for the guests, but we also like to swim sometimes. But we will coordinate that with each other. We really don't come swimming when you're just sitting in it. You will also see us walking through the garden (the fences are not high) and we will regularly have to keep the pool clean and sometimes mow the grass. Other things to note There is also a charging station in the residents' parking lot. Guests can also use this.
