Situated in a small, select development, and close to the centre of Heacham village, Seagrace is well-equipped and full of modern comforts to make your holiday easy and truly memorable. With off-street parking for two cars, and a fully-enclosed garden featuring a quaint beach hut summerhouse, this hideaway will suit a small family, couples or friends looking to explore the surrounding coastal and rural delights in this part of North West Norfolk. The interior comprises of a well-equipped kitchen / dining area, a comfy sitting room with deep sofas and garden access. Two comfortable bedrooms (a double and a twin) are offered, and the family bathroom features bath with shower over. The interiors have been thoughtfully curated and styled in a muted, coastal inspired colour palette to deliver ultimate relaxation. Outside, the generous garden is a secure place for supervised children to play, and the patio makes a delightful place to dine al fresco as you watch the sunset paint the big Norfolk sky with vibrant pinks and oranges. There's plenty to see and do along this magnificent stretch of coastline. Build sandcastles on Heacham's sandy beach, or try your hand at some watersports on a choice of fabulous local beaches. Enjoy picturesque walks along the Peddars Way and North Norfolk Coastal path, or sample the thrill of birdwatching in this birder's paradise at nearby RSPB Snettisham a short drive away, and RPSB Titchwell a few miles up the coast. Heacham has many footpaths to discover, and a great beach side promenade that stretches all the way to the iconic carrstone cliffs of neighbouring Hunstanton. Look out for popular Bordoli's pizza truck that visits the village on a Wednesday evening, and be sure to sample the gooiest of treats from Breakfast and Brownies on the high street. There is also a great antiques shop and cafe to be found next to the Tesco Express. For a larger supermarket, Lidl is located on on the road to Snettisham, and there is a big Tescos in Hunstanton, which also has EV chargers in the car park and a fuel station. Outside: The south facing garden at the rear, with beach hut summer house, lawn, patio with table and seating for four, can be accessed via a side gate, or from the sitting room. There is parking on the driveway for two cars immediately outside the bungalow.
