The space The home is a single-level house with an attached garage. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all open concept. The living room offers a 75" Smart TV, and fast WiFi coverage is strong throughout the entire house. The kitchen is fully equipped, the washer and dryer are state-of-the-art, and the dining room table can seat 6. There is a fully stocked coffee bar, complete with a combination drip + single serve coffee maker. The master bedroom has a King-sized bed, a 55" Smart TV, two walk-in closets, and a private full bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. The other two bedrooms have Queen-sized beds, with one having a dedicated working space. Across from these bedrooms is another full bathroom with a tub and shower combo. Both of the toilets in the house are ADA-compliant. There is an attached deck and plenty of yard (1/3 acre) for tossing a ball around. You may park in the driveway or the attached garage. There is a Level 2 EV charger (max 10.1 kW) in the garage that you may use to charge your electric vehicle. Guest access You will have access to the entire home, aside from the basement which will be locked. There is also a locked storage shed in the yard that is not for guest use. Other things to note No parties. No smoking anywhere on the property. Albany has a nightly noise ordinance, so quiet hours are expected to be respected. The fireplace is not for guest use.
