Located on the beachfront, just 300 metres from the sea, our duplex penthouse is perfect for up to 4 people as it has a large bedroom with 90cm two beds together and a 150 cm sofa bed. But without a doubt, the most spectacular thing is the 35 m2 terrace where you can sunbathe with views of the pool, eat outdoors, dine under the stars and relax in the private jacuzzi. And don't forget the pool. Enjoy taking a dip and playing with the little ones. The space Our home has air conditioning and heating and: - A large bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm together, a desk where you can work and a wardrobe to store your clothes. - A cozy living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a 42-inch Smart TV and a dining area for up to 4 people. - The kitchen is open to the living room and fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. - A large terrace overlooking the pool with private jacuzzi, a sun lounger to relax on, a table and chairs for eating outdoors, a hose and a clothesline. You will have all the comforts to enjoy your stay. Guest access You will enjoy exclusive use of the property, ensuring your comfort and privacy. The property offers high-speed internet and a Smart TV, so you can work remotely and watch movies and series during your stay. It also features ducted air conditioning and heating throughout the house, ensuring optimal climate control at any time of the year. From the terrace, you’ll have views of the pool and partial sea views. We offer free parking so you don’t have to worry about finding a spot during your stay. The property features a PRIVATE JACUZZI, available year-round and usable at any time. Upon request, the jacuzzi can be heated to a temperature between 25°C and 32°C for a more comfortable experience. Heating takes between 3 and 7 hours and incurs an additional cost of €10 per day (not included in the advertised price). The jacuzzi will be heated from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. due to its high energy consumption. Please note that the jacuzzi may generate noise while the water filtration system is running (approximately 4 hours per day). If you wish to enjoy the heated jacuzzi during your stay, you must request it at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival (the heating fee must be paid at the time of request). Note: The jacuzzi is currently in the testing phase, so occasional malfunctions or variations in operation may occur. Standard check-in time is from 4:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Guests may request early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability. If available, this service can be provided for an additional fee of €25, whether for early check-in, late check-out, or both. Availability must be confirmed by the host prior to the guest’s arrival or departure. Other things to note - The house can accommodate up to 4 people. - We offer a free parking space. - It has ducted air conditioning for both cold and heat. - The house has two 90cm beds together in the bedroom and a 150cm sofa bed in the living room. - It has a decibel detector and a smoke detector. - We offer: - A set of towels per guest (large towel and small towel). - 2 rolls of toilet paper. - Complimentary coffee capsules. - 1 cleaning kit. We do not provide towels for the pool or the beach. The opening hours of the pool are from June 16 to September 15 according to the hours indicated in the photos. (The swimming pool is only open in summer; it will remain closed from September 16 to June 15). In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26, regarding the obligation of documentary registration and information for individuals or entities engaged in hospitality activities, all guests must complete online check-in prior to arrival, providing the data required by current regulations. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation and denial of access to the accommodation.
