In addition, you will benefit from: - A private outdoor area with barbecue - Access to the indoor pool of the estate The space This "l'Etable" cottage, in the LES PATICHÈRES estate, offers: Upstairs: - A comfortable bedroom - A bathroom equipped with a bathtub and toilet On the ground floor: - Fully stoked and equipped kitchen - A living room that can be converted into a second bedroom - A toilet In addition, you will benefit from: - A private outdoor area with barbecue, garden set and parasol. - Shared access to the estate's heated indoor pool. The water is 27 - 28°C, so not suitable for baby swimmers. All tenants on the estate have free access to the pool during opening hours. Possibility to book slots. - All linen: i.e. sheets, bath towel, hand towel, pool towel and kitchen towel. Children's equipment is available on request (baby bed/protective barriers to be adapted on beds/highchair). Two other cottages are available (La Grange - 12 people and the Atelier - 6 people) on the property, as well as a year-round accommodation. All tenants on the estate have access to the swimming pool.
