Children have a trampoline, cubby and playroom; adults can enjoy the private gym. Sleeps up to 10, with a normal limit of 6 adults; larger adult groups by request. The separately booked studio and caretakers have their own spaces on the property. Quiet outdoor hours from 9pm; no parties or events. Please note we welcome those who want to run retreats (yoga, mediation etc). Work from Here: A dedicated workspace and fast satellite internet allow you to stay connected. The Neighborhood Nestled in a serene semi-rural landscape, our home is a true escape into nature. The neighbourhood's character is one of tranquility, perfect for unwinding amidst native gardens, lush lawns, and picturesque grape vines. Getting Around Ample on-site parking is available for up to 5 cars. A vehicle is recommended to explore the surrounding area. **Need more space?: The property is shared with our eco studio which you can also book as a combined listing, both dwellings have their own private gardens and entrances and are functionally separated, with about 30 metres between the two.** Guest access You'll have ~1/2 an acre to yourselves. The property is shared with a separate studio ~30m behind the house, with both being separated and private from each other. There are caretakers staying at the front of the property, also separated and private. Other than that the space is yours to enjoy. A map will be provided in our guestbook highlighting this. Other things to note A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed. They must be well behaved, not prone to barking during the day or night, and are not allowed on the beds or furniture unless you bring your own protective mat. Any damage or extra cleaning required due to pets will be charged for.
