The reBORONA Guesthouse in VAS county, in the center of the Őrség, in Őriszentpéter, awaits you with three separate, comfortable, spacious **** suites on the edge of the forest! Our soundproofed rooms provide maximum retreat for everyone without compromise! Our apartments bring the heart-warming feeling of wooden houses, in an exclusive design. Each of our 65 m2 apartments has a separate entrance, two separate bedrooms with double beds (+extra beds) + a living room with a kitchen, fireplace and air conditioning. The space reBORONA Our guesthouse consists of three separate 65m2 suites, of which petrOLI is located on the ground floor. Our wood-covered, warm-toned ground-floor, barrier-free suite brings the heart-warming feeling of wooden houses to our guests, in an exclusive design. It features a glass fireplace, underfloor heating, comfortable furniture, bright colors and natural accessories. The panoramic door to the private terrace offers beautiful views of the garden and the adjacent forest. Sitting on our comfortable garden furniture on the terrace, we can eat our breakfast, lunch or dinner in a bird chirping. The apartment also includes a kitchen in the living room with an oven, induction hob and fridge. The living room opens into two bedrooms, both with a boxspring double bed for undisturbed sleeping comfort. The rooms covered with paneling are complemented by wool and cowhide carpets, our French windows are covered with natural linen material, which gives the rooms a natural atmosphere. There is also a 120 cm*200 cm pull-out sofa in the main bedroom, which can be used as an extra bed if needed, only for children. Our bathroom opens from the hallway, which has a glass, large, threshold-free shower cabin, and its bird tile creates a natural atmosphere. The name of the petrOLI apartment is a play on the petroleum blue color scheme and the nickname of the name Olivér. The rooms of the suites are complemented by nature photos, which praise the work of Attila Simon, a photographer living in Őrség. The photos were taken one by one in the area, including the picture of the bison in the living room, which we can admire live in Szalafő during our stay. The apartment has 1 large towel and 1 hand towel per person! A separate towel must be requested at the time of booking for the use of the tub bath, the cleaning fee of which is 2,500 HUF/ pc! No bathrobe! The rooms have internet access (WIFI), but there is NO TV or other electronic device! 1 direct parking space is available/ apartment, in case of arrival of several cars, please consult with the host! There is a camera on the outside of the property, which also records for the safety of guests. Access with a key safe, which you can read more about in your post-booking confirmation! In case of problems, telephone customer service is available to guests. Guest access There is a saltwater tub at the property, which our dear guests can use unlimited times. If there are other guests at the property, please share this service with each other so that everyone can enjoy it. The tub bath.... can be heated with wood, and each guest must take care of their own heating. Depending on the demand in spring-summer 1-2.5 hours 6-7 hours in winter until the desired temperature is reached by the water. Please use the foot washer between the tub and the stove in summer, which you can fill from the garden tap. After you have finished bathing, please replace the thermo roof to maintain the temperature and prevent the various animals from moving in. Barbecue terrace..... the property also has a Jamestown Dean combi grill station with gas, charcoal and incense functions. The use of the grill station is of course free of charge. The cleaning cost and charcoal are not included, but the gas bottle is included in the service, so you can prepare all grilled food in the best way – from directly grilled steak through gently prepared barbecue to your own smoked food. The gas-powered grill station can also be used as a stove – for baking, steaming, cooking. This will turn the garden into an XXL outdoor kitchen. As with all kitchens, unfortunately someone has to clean up the ruins after cooking, so we ask you to leave the grill in a CLEAN condition! You will also find a tool for this. If the grill remains untidy, we will charge a cleaning fee of HUF 10,000. The fireplace..... There is also a fireplace for roasting and/or cauldron cooking (cauldron can be found on site!) Since the reBORONA guesthouse is located in the immediate vicinity of the forest, the fire can only be lit with increased attention! Other things to note The purpose of our house rules is to provide a calm, pleasant rest with the necessary information and to avoid any misunderstandings. The HOUSE RULES apply to all guests staying in the guesthouse. Arrival and departure: The operator is generally NOT present at the specified arrival/departure time. The reBORONA GUESTHOUSE is a key guesthouse, our guests receive the key through a key safe, the code of which is received electronically after paying the booking fee. If our guest specifically requests a personal presence upon arrival, a representative of the reBORONA GUESTHOUSE will be present at a pre-arranged time. Rooms can be booked from 3 pm on the day of arrival, and we kindly ask our guests to leave the rooms by 10 am on the day of departure. Please lock the entrances to the apartment when you leave and at night. When leaving the rooms, be sure to close the windows and doors. When leaving the property for the last time, the door must be locked and placed in the key safe of the apartment. The guest is responsible for the keys not returned, and the guest is also responsible for any costs incurred. In the event of a possible loss of keys, guests are obliged to report it immediately and reimburse the host for the price and the lock change. In case of any questions or problems during the stay, telephone customer service is available to guests. We do NOT have a transfer service, so our guests are responsible for their own travel to the accommodation. Equipment: Please use the buildings and equipment of the accommodation as intended, and comply with fire and accident protection rules. The furnishings in the house can only be rearranged with the prior consent of the host. The accommodation provider is not responsible for any material damage or accidents resulting from improper use. Please do not take indoor furnishings (bed, bed linen, blankets, tables, chairs, etc.) out into the garden. The guest is obliged to handle the rooms, facilities, equipment and furnishings of the guesthouse in accordance with their intended purpose and with increased care. The guest is fully responsible for the area used, the premises, equipment and furnishings, and for any damage that may occur in them. The guest shall be liable for any fees not reimbursed by the guests for the services used by them, as well as for any damages and costs incurred by the guests. The guest is obliged to report the failure of any equipment, furnishing or equipment of the guesthouse to the operator of the guesthouse. The guest is not entitled to correct the error himself or attempt to correct it. The guesthouse excludes liability for any resulting damage. Damage caused in the area of the accommodation shall be compensated by the person causing the damage or his legal representative. Garbage disposal: Please pay attention to order and cleanliness. Household waste can be collected in the kitchen and bathroom bins. If these are filled during your stay, please empty them into one of the large bins at the gate and do not leave unwashed dishes or garbage in the kitchen and apartment area when you leave. A new garbage bag is found in the drawer next to the sink. There is a dishwasher in the apartment to make it easier for our guests to stay here. At check-out, no dirty dishes may be left in the apartment area, terrace or garden! Proper use of the dishwasher: • It is strictly forbidden to put food or greasy dishes in the dishwasher! • Always use a paper towel to thoroughly wipe out food residues! • Only as many dishes can be loaded into the dishwasher as can comfortably fit in it. Please do not overload it to keep it running for a long time, thus protecting our environment from buying a new machine. Cleaning Once a week, with a change of linen and towels (for stays longer than a week). In the meantime, we kindly ask our guests to take care of the cleanliness themselves with the help of the tools provided. Daily cleaning is not available. The final cleaning fee is 18,000 HUF/ apartment, which includes basic cleaning, for this purpose we ask our guests to leave the apartment in an orderly, clean condition when traveling, in the condition in which they received it. If the cleaning staff does not find it in this condition, we will charge an additional cost of 10,000 HUF/ hour for the extra cleaning, which the guest is obliged to pay. IF OUR GUESTS BOOK OVER 4 PEOPLE, WE WILL CHARGE + 5,000 HUF/PERSON FOR BED LINEN AND TOWEL CLEANING. Air conditioning All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, which is suitable for cooling and heating. The temperature of the accommodation unit can be individually adjusted by the guest. When using the equipment, please keep the windows closed, it is allowed to ventilate permanently after switching off the equipment. We also ask that when you leave the apartment for a trip or other purpose, please turn off the equipment, as it will reach the desired temperature in no time upon your return. The device can be controlled by a remote control, which we ask you to leave in a clearly visible place when you check out. Fire protection: All apartments are equipped with a fireplace, which can only be used under strict fire safety rules. If you notice any abnormality in the fireplace or chimney (e.g. smoke leaking from the chimney), stop using it immediately, extinguish the fire with the regulator on the fireplace and start ventilating the rooms. Then call the operator. All apartments are equipped with a carbon monoxide meter and a smoke detector! If the CO concentration exceeds the set limit, the device will signal. Since carbon monoxide is a toxic, colorless, odorless gas that mixes easily with air, the signal should not be ignored, but concentrated fresh air should be allowed into the room immediately! When the device no longer signals, the danger has been eliminated. Please notify the operator immediately if you notice such a problem. The apartments are also equipped with a smoke detector, which reliably and timely alerts you to the fire. The optical smoke detector immediately gives an extremely loud (90 dB) alarm sound even in the event of a small smoke development, thus allowing the early detection of the glowing fire. Please start extinguishing the fire with the placed fire extinguishers, if you consider the situation dangerous, leave the house, warn the other residents, and then call the firefighters immediately, then the operator! Proper use of the fireplace: • When using the fireplace, the fire must always be handled properly and never left unattended. • The fire should only be lit with clean, dry wood, logs or fireplace wood. • Do not use contaminated, wet, painted, impregnated or other materials that may damage the fireplace and chimney and emit toxic substances. • The fire should always be lit slowly and the size and intensity of the fire should be gradually increased. • Never leave the fireplace door open and do not try to blow the fire, as it emits carbon monoxide. • The fire must always be well controlled so that the fireplace and chimney do not overheat and the fire does not burn too intensely. • Never use the fireplace to burn waste, as it endangers both the environment and health. Rules for lighting a fire in an open area Since the reBORONA guesthouse is located in the immediate vicinity of the forest, starting a fire is only possible with increased attention! In compliance with fire safety regulations, guests over the age of 16 are allowed to start a fire. Guests may only light fires in designated fireplaces, subject to the following rules: • before lighting the fire, the area around the fireplace must be cleaned of leaves and tree branches in order to prevent the fire from spreading to the forest; • the fire must not be left unattended, nor the embers or ashes that have not yet cooled down; • as soon as the wind rises, the fire must be extinguished: it must be ensured that water suitable for extinguishing the fire is ready. • after the burning is completed, the fire must be carefully extinguished, it must be ensured that it has actually gone out Smoking: Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to drink alcohol or smoke at the property. Smoking and the use of incense are prohibited in the building. Designated smoking areas in the garden: the area around the built-in fireplace and the terrace in front of the house. Please limit smoking to these places and use an ashtray. Meals: The guesthouse has a well-equipped kitchen, please use this room for dining. In summer, in good weather, it is possible to eat on the terrace and in the fireplaces. Please do not eat or drink in the rooms due to the appearance of ants and stains. Values: We are not responsible for personal valuables (e.g. jewelry, phone, laptop) brought into the property or for the safety of vehicles in the yard. Please hand over any items found to the manager of the property. Animals: Pets are not allowed in the guesthouse due to hygiene. Thank you for your understanding! If, in accordance with the house rules, the guest does not comply with the ban on animals and brings a pet with him, the guest is obliged to leave the apartment with immediate effect upon discovery, in which case the rent of the guest house is not refundable! In addition, it is mandatory to pay an extra cleaning fee of HUF 50,000 to cover any upholstery cleaning and other cleaning. Receiving visitors: The guesthouse can be used by the number of guests included in the order. The host is entitled to check, without prior notice, whether the guests are staying in the accommodation in the paid number. Guests can receive visitors in the guesthouse until 9 pm after consultation with the owner. Visitors staying beyond the agreed time will be charged the current accommodation fee. Abnormal behavior, use of music For the peace of mind of the residents, it is forbidden to make noise, play music, engage in activities involving noise, sound effects, or activities with disturbing volume in the room from 9:00 p.m. Regardless of the time, any behavior or conduct that disturbs the peace, safety, sense of security, privacy of others is prohibited in the area of the guesthouse; it is or may be considered harassment, suitable for intimidating others. Failure to comply with the night quiet hours will result in immediate departure, and the guesthouse rental fee is non-refundable! Parking: Please park your cars in such a way that the other residents of the building are not restricted in free movement/parking! Each apartment has 1 parking space. If more cars arrive, please consult with the host. Camera: For the benefit of our guesthouse and our guests, there is a camera network recording in the outdoor area of the property. The recordings are handled in accordance with the GDPR regulation, however, if a crime is suspected or another case justifies its viewing and use, the operator will use this option and use it if necessary. Taking anything from the guesthouse without the prior written permission of the guesthouse is a criminal offense, and in this case the guesthouse will take the necessary criminal and civil law steps. Wi-fi internet The guesthouse has a wi-fi system, which is free of charge. The guest will find the password for the wi-fi connection in the guesthouse. The guesthouse does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted operation and availability of the wi-fi. The guesthouse is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage to the guest's device or its contents during or as a result of the use of the wi-fi. The guest uses the service at their own risk and responsibility. The apartments do NOT have TV, radio, tablet cable TV, Netflix, HBO and other entertainment units. Other:. Please note that the owner is not able to take responsibility and pay compensation for damages resulting from events beyond his control (e.g. natural disaster, hail, fire, power outage, etc.). The guest can bring their own equipment, tools and equipment to the guesthouse area. The utility fee of these devices must be reimbursed if they are of outstanding fee. The guesthouse is not responsible for their damage or possible disappearance. The guesthouse, its facilities and equipment may only be used by everyone at their own risk. The guest assumes full responsibility for the physical integrity of the users of the services and for the accident-free use during the entire period of use. The guesthouse is entitled to refuse to provide the services if: a) the guest does not use the room or facility provided as intended b) the guest behaves in an objectionable, rude manner with the safety, order and employees of the accommodation, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves in a threatening manner) the guest suffers from an infectious disease d) the guest fails to pay the due fee, damage, expense invoice or partial invoice payment obligation by the specified date. By presenting this document, the reBORONA GUESTHOUSE considers the house rules to be accepted. Any problems that may arise will be handled in accordance with the house rules.
